I ordered parts on a Sunday expecting to receive the correct parts by mid week. This would have allowed enough time to repair my trailer for the following weekend in which I had a well paying job scheduled. I did receive the package by midweek, but it was downhill from there. Andrew H. (the "Quality Control" person) packed the wrong parts. I contacted the customer service department in an attempt to get the correct parts overnighted but did not have success. As a result I could not meet my commitment to my customer and had to cancel due to the company's poor attempt at customer satisfaction.instead the company cost me in the neighborhood of $5,000.
I have nothing good to say about the company and will be sure to pass my experiences along to the Better Business Bureau, usacomplaints.com, and to anyone and everyone I possibly can. The situation could have been easily corrected but the company chose not to do so.
