Ordered a Sony RM-X69-RF (Sony CD Changer Controller) from them for $115.00. They said they had it is stock then stalled me long enough stating it was on back order so that I could not file a claim with my purchasing company. Unable to get a response from them and have no contact number. Have emailed and faxed them forever. They are scumbags and rip off artists. Stay away!!!
