I used dollar.com for renting a vehicle in Nashville, TN. I reserved the car and got a quote online. I accepted the car they told me to use while I DID NOT ask or sign for an upgrade, the car given to me WAS an upgrade. Returning the car FULL of fuel they charged me for fuel and for the upgraded car. I wanted the manager WENDY GENTRY, she was not there, I tried calling, she was never there, I went through my credit card for help and they helped me all they could, but since I signed upon returning car (OUTSIDE THE OFFICE WITH THERE PORTABLE DEVICES) thinking the manager would correct inside the office but she was not there. I was told she would call. She never did for the past month. NOw I am out $45. Which may not seem large, but the incident is totally upsetting and really continues to haunt me. I hate being took advantage of.
