I reported Westway Ford on this website about a year ago. It seems odd to me that so many different people are having such similar problems. I am so livid that I am trying to organize a protes! Let's face it we signed the contracts we fell for all the tricks but the joke does not have to be on us.
We can fight back! We can let them know that we are not just going to sit back and take it. We can let them know that we won't allow this to happen to another consumer. Imagine this happening to you unsuspecting relative! Westway will do anything for a sale lets see how true that is!
I want to stand outside of the dealership and chant and hold up neon signs exposing them! I want potential customers that are there to turn around and walk out. I want them to know that we are here and no we won't take it. What they are doing is wrong. The sales manager Anthony Geiser told me when I went in with my grandfather and I quote, "Why did you go over there, they're just a bunch of crooks?" What does that let tell you?
