We purchased a 2004 Dolphin Motorhome from LeMesa. After 30 days there were 26 things that needed attendtion.
We got an appointment and took the M/H in. They acted like they had never seen that RV and didn't have a clue as to why we were there.
They would attept to fix one or 2 of the itmes on the list of 26, then tell us to bring it back in. We put 4,500 miles on the RV just taking it for repairts. They either would not or could not fix the items. None of them were of great skill to fix, but we did purchase a new RV and expected everything to be new.
After 6 months they restorted to telling us that the warrenty was running out. They had it in their shop more than we had it.
We contracted National RV the mfg. Requested a new motorhome, they had us come over to Perris, CA. They fixed everything, started a new warrenty and now we have the RV we purchased.
I would not purchase anything from LaMesa again in my life. They have not service skills and less customer help. LaMesa where the custer is king. Not!!!
