This Phillips 66 fuel retailer routinely sells adulterated motor fuel. Gasoline is "augmented" with the much cheaper naphtha (aka "slop") left over from the refining process. Diesel fuel is diluted with spent industrial solvents, then "heavied up" with heating oil.
