Purchaseed a warranty in Jul 04 had problem in Sep said would cover and never sent money. Had the engine blow up in Nov said it was the thermostat (Thier adjuster never enven pulled it out) tore down the whole motor and then said NO we will not cover it. Traded in the truck to pay for the bill and on top of the bill I lost 7000.00 on trade just to keep driving. I called to get back my money I paid and said I could not because I had a claim and I said you never even paid it. Now I am going to court for it. Then the so called "supervisor" just hung up the phone. I have tried to call back countless times. I give the id number and they just hang up.
