We hauled 4 loads for east west logistics in april and still haven't been paid. Every time i called about the past due invoices they told me it was in the mail. Then after we didn't receive it we called back they were extremely rude hung up on me told me to call back every 15 minutes to talk to someone else. The person on the phone told me they didn't have someone there to talk to me all day long and i told him that was his job and he said he didn't have to help anyone. I coudn't believe how rude and unhelpful they were. The person was never there when i called back. The guy that answered the phone told me to speak to the owner "peter" but i don't think that's the owners name. They cussed me out everytime i called and hung up on me, they should be put out of business. Their bonding company said that their bond is going to be cancelled, but until then they can still do business. They are taking loads and double brokering them and stealing the money from the carriers. I have contacted the shippers and we are going to take legal action to get our money. Don't use this company you will not get paid.
