I financed my car with drive in march i have made every payment and still receive the s*y rude calls from there so called customer service saying that i am behind 3 and 4 payments. My bank has faxed them copy's showing that i am current and the phone calls still come now to the point there calling my cell phone, my work, my moms, and her cell phone. Im to the point that i am seeking legal action and reporting them to the better business bureau. Hopefully something can be resolved of this matter and my credit straighted around.
