We were quoted a delivery time frame of 11:30 - 1:30. My daughter drove from an hour away with her mattress because it was free delivery and free removal. They showed up at 11 am, and would not wait for her to arrive at 11:30 when they time frame was supposed to begin. I now have to wait until Friday for them to pick up this mattress as it sits in my driveway looking like piled up garbage.
