Will not refind my money for a part that was not opened, wrong part

I ordered 2 parts a radiator and a temperature sensor / sender. From rockauto.com. The radiator fit but the sensor was the wrong size, shape, so there was no reason for me to even open it. They will not refund my order, money. $11.25 plus s/h. Thank You Rob Banack 315-668-1754
