PODS fails on nearly every score. Worst moving experience ever. - Long distance move of personal household goods

First, the company got the order wrong and I had to call them back to get the right size container, a smaller one. The difference from the quote and the bill was around $1,000.00, no small error. When I called to get that fixed, I was told the mistake would be corrected in 24 hours. It was not. I had to call back only to be told that mistakes like that take 72 hours. Meantime, I'm wondering if I've made a big mistake. Also, when I first ordered the container I had explained about the drive where it was to be dropped, that the drive was steep etc, the person said there would be no problem. There was no mention of a width requirement. I had mentioned that we had had a big dumpster in there before. Again, no mentioned that their equipment doesn't unload like a dumpster. Again, no mention that sometimes the containers can't be dropped. I ordered this container for my partially disable mother-in-law in Tenn from my home in Oregon. So, the day the container arrives, the driver says he can't drop it. So after a couple of phone calls and about 45 minutes later, they suggest that we rent a truck and bring the stuff to the PODS facility. We do that at the cost of an extra $100.00. But of course, I have to pay the people we hired to load the pod extra money to work to move the stuff twice. The driver who came to drop the container told me that maybe 5 or 6 times a year he can't drop a container, so people know this happens. But I'm concerned because this is all happening long distance and my mother-in-law is partially disabled. The loaders have to be rearranged for the next day, but not before my mother-in-law has to go to the city of Red Bank to ask if she can drop the container in the street overnight. No. So the next day, they load the stuff up and take it to the PODS location. OK, I think, it will arrive in a couple of weeks. So yesterday, the window for delivery is 2:15- 5:15. No container, no call from the local driver. Nothing. I call PODS and am told that the driver is running a little late. I ask, how late? She makes something up, apparently, and says 30-60 minutes. No container arrives, no call from the local driver. Its the next morning. No call, no container. Now my mother-in-law is worried that her goods have been lost. This is not service, folks. This is ridiculous. I'd like both the extra money I paid my loaders and for the rental truck back ($250.00 total) plus I'd like a 50% refund at least.By the by, I'll never use nor recommend this company again.
