They are very encouraged with great travel prizes.in February creditor representative Richard Addams, winner of one of the best in the area; prize winner to trip to Bahamas; encouraged my spouse Joseph to initial NO in being diagnosed of conditions and diseases. My spouse told him he had diabetes since 1980. Addams said it was a pre-existence condition and to initial no in all blocks, a policy of $70,000 was issued.
Unfortunately, my spouse died in March. Life Investors Insurance Company of America requires medical records if client dies before two years of policy.insurance was denied stating that if they were aware of this at the time Joseph completed the application for insurance, they would not have issued coverage.insurance Company then rescinded the coverage and returned the premium of $1,167 paid to Daimler Chrysler; treated my spouse as if he had committed suicide. Awaiting investigation be made of this wrongdoing, Daimler Chrysler repossessed the automobile and later on send me a bill of $8,473.00 for a loss on this contract.
With so many overwhelming paperwork to be filled out, we did not exercise proper judgment in completing these documents. I thank God I don't need an automobile from Chrysler, but there might we many others being lured into doing same and being screwed from Whitten Brothers, Midlothian, as we were. Be careful.
