Poor Customer Services and Repair Skills - Whirlpool Refridge

We purchased areally nice Whrilpool Refridge from Sears and this complainant isn't so much about Sears but whob they hire to do their repair work and warranty stuff. The Ice Maker went on the Fridge after a few Monthes. We called Sears and they scheduled A&E to come out and look the first guy said the Ice Maker was gone and ordered a new one and would come back out and put it in. The second came out to put the Ice maker in. Only problem the first guy ordered the wrong Ice maker. He ordered anew one. The thrid guy put it in and it didn't make ice. He told us it would take 24 hrs. It still didn't make ice we called again the fourth guy came out and said the thrid guy forgot to do something like a connection as loose the fifthe guy came out looked at it put it in backwards still no ice. When we called again to say there was no ice. He called me while as coaching my baseball team starts arguing with me on the phone. Finally we called Whirlpool Direct because A&E wouldn have charged us with another service call. Whirlpool had a small local authorized dealer come out and look at it. The guy said it was in backwards he put it in the thing started making us right away and has been working ever since. The guy who put it in backwards then argued with me on the phone was real cocky and a tool. No outlet to complain to Sears. Good thing the folks at Whrilpool stood be hand thier product and some good customer service folks out of Tennessee got it down. This happen in Massachusetts
