I have had a few issues with my Santa Fe (factory faults - not Jones) and although they have been costly and major issues, I have found that Jones's has been more than helpful and have taken very good care of us. They have given us a loaner right away, and have bent over backwards to help us with warranty issues. The staff is always very nice, and Mike Girken - the salesman we always deal with is phenomenal! He and his manager Wallace always seem to have time to say hi, and always remember who we are. We will definitely go back for our next car, I'm not sure it will be another Santa Fe though...
