I recently bought a 2004 Jaguar Vanden plas from Wright Auto Exchange. Within days of having the car it started showing an air suspension fault. I took it back up there to have it looked at. The owner drove it down the street and came back and said the car was ok. Then asked me If I wanted to buy another Jaguar.
He had a man there that I believe to be his mechanic. He told me that Jags will have that problem in the winter, but once it heats back up it will go away. I decided to go get another opinion. Turns out it was a big deal. The mechanic I took it to at NTB told me its gonna cost 5 and half thousand dollars to get fixed. I paid 13 grand in full for the car, and it came with that kind of problem.
Please everyone familiar with this place, do not go there. He claims he will fix it and bring it back and he will take care of it, but all he wants to do is take your money. It is without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. There is no reason you paid 13 grand for a car and days after have to replace the suspension.
