Ripoff purchased parts with credit card no one from the company can be reached to give answe

I purchased used parts for my Mazda 929. It was paid for by credit card. The parts were to be shipped the next day. After 6 days when called I was told that it is being shipped the next day. Since then several attempt were made but unsuccessful to get any answer. It is impossible to reach any one from the company.
