Bloomex Classic Fruit and flower transformed and delayed! - The Classic Fruit Basket: It contains: 1 pineapple, 2 bunches of grapes, 4 bananas, 4 apples, 4 pears, 3 oranges, 2 nectarines, small cut flower bouquet

I paid extra fees to deliver a fruit and flowers basket within the next day...
This order was delayed of 3 days.
Tried to cancel and Neither my call or email were considered, so the order was sent supposedly Upgraded...
What we got is a delayed order, TRANSFORMED in chocolate and coffee, when the person to which was delivered is Diabetic! That's why I ordered fruits and flowers!
I complained about it, and said that the "order was delivered" and coudn't do a thing...
I complained again and didn't get an other answer!
So now I'm making reviews on the company every where in the social media!
