It's a money scam and defective product

This company trick you in buying two units for $31 plus sales tax. But you won't know until it's too late (no order confirmation screen). Then no way to cancel order... And if you return the product, you must pay to send product back ($6 to $8 by USPS) and you only get a refund for $14.95.

You do the math... About $25 out of pocket for... Nothing. Brilliant scam. Beside the product has a major design flaw. The ball-and-socket join is so weak that the phone plate easily separate from the arm when removing cell phone from GripGo. Bad design. Do not buy this product.
