Why is this being reported, over and over? I ordered this from a T.V. Add, Over the Phone Number Shown on T.V. $19.95 Shipping&Handling. They give you (No Total for the bill over the phone). It's all automated, You tell them NO, over and over. Might as well Talk to a Tree. They want you to wait day's, before you can access your order. (Surprise I Got U", Found another" FOOL) If you call thier so called customer service, And explain to them. Bottom Line, They Don't Care. Waste of your time. I haven't received the Item's yet, Fed X is the Carrier. Won't accep it. Return to sender. Went online about complaints. Wished I did this first. My mistake. Can't Understand.
