EZ Car Credit
They are selling lemons

Just bought a car from EZ Car Credit tonight, after they kept us waiting for 8 hours on and off today for the car with our 1yr old son, they finally came back with a car that we didn't originally want. They said it would be better for our situation with a low down payment and low monthly payments.

We were exhausted and tired of waiting around and finally just agreed to the car that they had waiting outside because of the low mileage.

The said they were putting in paperwork and we needed to wait, it was almost 15min before they closed when they finally came back with an offer and contract. I begged my husband to just agree to the car because we desperately needed a car to get to work. We didn't think about test driving the car because it was late, the car looked good, low mileage, and was already outside and turned on key in the ignition waiting for us. So we signed the paperwork, they wouldn't give us a copy of anything we signed because we still owed them money for the down payment. But before we walked out the door another guy that worked there said we would get a call from the finance company and to lie and tell them we put down more for the car.

We jumped in the car headed home tired after being there since 10am, and almost home... The car starts smoking with a clinking noise, and just shuts off. What are we to do now? After already signing a contract but without the physical copy of it in our hands, we are stuck with a lemon now?! My guess is we'll contact them tomorrow and they will tell us that they'll fix it, and we will be in the same situation as these other people that are online complaining; we'll be without a car for weeks or more.
