Dear Sirs:
My 1997 Chevy Venture is still sitting in Gallipolis Ohio almost 400 miles away because they failed to properly handle the warranty. It has been paid off the $100.00 deductable turned into more than that because of modifications on the engine The Chevy dealership was told to get. Gene Johnson Chevrolet went where they were told to and now they are di*ing around with paying off the repairs and the storage due to it being up there since January. I am now disabled temporarily and they don't want to budge. The company is worth over $100,000, 000.00 and can't pay a $6000.00 bill.
My plan is to contact 20/20 and 60 minutes plus I have already notified the State Attornies General in North Carolina. I contacted a Local TV Station and will air an interview as soon as they contact me. I am also contacting GM Ford Chrysler & Honda to name a few and tell them it is strongly recommended not to accept work from customers with this warranty.
I will also stop them from writing warranties in North Carolina.
