Bad Car and They Knew it - lemon truck?

My name is Wendi Palmer. I was diagnosed with MS in October. I had a Buick Rendevouz that I paid off in February. All at once a lot of things started to go wrong on my car, but the biggest issue of all was the air not working. Being diagnosed with MS and no AC in my car was very bad for my health and the safety of my children. Not only that, the suspension was going bad and the ABS light kept coming on. I didn’t have the money to get these things fixed so I figured get a new car where you don’t have to worry about mechanics, just pay the note keep up with maintenance, I should be ok. I heard about Avis Ford on Sharron’s afternoon show on WJLB, so I went in trusting because of all of the good things I heard. My first sells man was Gene Zimmer, not nice, very abrasive and very short with me. I just figured he’s an older gentleman so they just deal with him. I then met with Chuck Champ. He took me out, gave me an idea of which cars would work with my deal but didn’t ride in the car with me, didn’t attempt to sell the car or show me anything. Well let me change that, he brought out a 2012 Ford Edge, the note was $583 and in no way was I going to try that, and I am single mother of two boys with a condition that is so unknown, I don’t want to not be able to afford the note. So because I didn’t accept that deal, I was kind of left on my own to chose a vehicle. I chose a 2007 Jeep Liberty, had no idea what I was getting myself into.in now way could this car have gone through the 112 point inspection AVIS Ford brags about. I was cooking outside and had the radio on, which caused my battery to die. When I had my vehicle jumped, the battery had so much corrosion on it. I have had to replace one tire and the back tire still has a slow leak, I had to replace the battery and now I went to Wendy’s pulled up in the drive thru let my window down and it wouldn’t go back up. I had to drive home with the window down, heat sky high so my boys wouldn’t be cold and sick. I took the car to see if I could trade it in, that’s when I found out about the 3 accidents and the air bags being deployed. How can you sell me a car as if it is in good shape knowing it wasn’t in good shape. On top of that, I am over $6000 in negative equity because EVERY dealer runs Car Fax reports and informed me about accidents on my car that I didn’t even know about. I have no options at this point.
