Supervisor Tom Flanagan is completely a poor manager. Usually providing you with the runaround with reward inspections, feedback on organization questions, PTO needs, etc. The corporation is definitely operating guidelines and/or methods to its benefit. Whenever you perform past 5 hours, work regulations of Florida suggest that you have to be paid/taken care of this plus they repair the full time time NOT TO replicate such, nor spend you for this. *DO NOT APPLY HERE! * This supervisor, Tom Flanagan, hasbeen the toughest manager I've actually experienced in my own job background.
