I had been within the shop about 7pm buying with my loved ones and was trying-on a set of sneakers so when I visited place the boot on and really place my base along there is a broken-off item or even the protection factor that's a nail appearing out of stabbed within the base of my heel and went really heavy and received body my entire boot is soft and sock also provide a pit in my own heel really unpleasant and that I informed the employee there and all she mentioned was sorry I'll allow my supervisor number and I request to talk to her and he or she explained she wasn't accessible I chose to contact the organization workplace and there have been shut I'll call tomorrow. I simply want to no how to proceed trigger that nail might have been contaminated with anything by another person and that I am in discomfort may barley walk-on my heel. 12/11
