I place a application in at odum cement on or about september 10th. On september 13th (Ricky Odum) operator of Odum cement named me and questioned me in the future within the next evening and trip having a employee to determine easily could be thinking about employment carrying stone, mud to his redi-blend crops in his semi-truck! On september 14th I reached Odum redi-mix-in marion place at 6:30am! I had been informed the man I'd be driving with could be back quickly? At 7:00am I had been informed from the driver of his vehicle that I'd be operating the vehicle and performing anything like a employee to determine basically desired and-or had the experince for that work! And so I began operating and providing masses to his marion redi-blend! The man instruction me stated that I'd be driving all day long til 5pm! And so I thought that I had been likely to get employed or taken care of that 10 hours of work that I perform? Nicely after I went into the workplace around 5pm I spoke to Ricky Odum and he explained I'd need to get my N E T bodily restored after which contact him! I mentioned okay. Then I questioned if he taken care of the bodily he explained no! Then I questioned if he would spend me for that 10 hours of work with that evening and he explained he couldnt since he never employed me yet? And so I stated nicely I'll try to enter 24 hours later to get a bodily after which contact him after I have it! Therefore the following day went for N E T bodily charging me $125 that I didnt need to spend. Because being laidoff of my prior work and attempting to pay the bills with 3 children and and pulling unemployment! Moreover I named Mr. Odum 24 hours later and informed him I'd my bodily completed! And he told me he had completed employed another person for that job. And I simply stated you informed me to obtain actual after which contact you and Mr. Odum hung-up the telephone on me!
