I work on the ihop from mercury in hampton, virginia. The supervisor that's within the shop is Steve Brown. He's an awful guy and he sexually harassed a lot of the ladies within the shop when he was the really supervisor not the area. The environment is unpleasant, everybody usually feels as though they never understand when their likely to get dismissed since when he's a poor feeling it affects everybody since he requires it on all of the workers. The shop is falling apart inside and outside. Everytime oar comes anything is our struggled despite the fact that the workers cannot do something concerning the odor within the coach region since the building is really aged, the ground are hazardous, and exterior inside is in poor form. Personally I think the chefs might have it the toughest being the home is extremely warm within the summertime and there's no a/d or warmth for that winter months for them. Again that is our struggled actually believed we're simply employees. The workers are scared to express stuff about some of this since we're all scared to talk our thoughts since nobody really wants to get dismissed! He must be researched and that Iam sure a few of the workers may attest to this concept. I'd prefer to stay unknown - but anything must be achieved. Your primary supervisor now's excellent and listens to us. David is great supervisor/area in the event that you place the sexually nuisance, the belittling, attempting to reduce work by eliminating all of the best chefs within the shop, and producing people feel uneasy.
