I've submitted an incident using the eeoc in September 07 I had been only flame on 2/4/08 for basically no reason they said in the write up that I did not do what was asked of me which I did and have e-mails to prove it, they said I used unprofessional language by using the word coward and for pointing my finger at the store manager for telling me to (shut up) This was a plan by my supervisor and the regional manager and the district HR manager to push me out they also have tried on many occasion to make me fast and pressing my switches we now have a brand new bright supervisor she's joined up using the relaxation to obtain me from the shop. I've been on write-UPS for circumstances which were okay'd but still been created up for them. I've continuously reported through the string of order and been tried for this and designated. I'd friends request my help plus they were informed no Wayne won't be considered a great supply to assist. I've never been requested to go to a mangers improvement course or round-table but bright friends who I've been there longer than and much more effective than they're were requested and delivered to these courses. Our area supervisor and also the local supervisor and time supervisor all three possess a previous connection from the prior organization and there-fore in my opinion my grievances against my supervisor weren't taken seriously. There's a scenario where I told my supervisor a shoplifteris mom who had been dark desired to consult with him concerning the situation and also to discover when the costs might be fallen he explained no. Today another situation same scenario the household was bright and he informed losing reduction boss if so was informed to fall the costs. I subsequently captured an associate at work that included the brand new store-manager from another shop taking; on 2/1/08 I acquired her live departing the shop with sneakers she didn't purchase. Today she's back at the office following the greens I found taking got fireplace and may not return there's also an incident where a bright woman got caught taking and her parents reported and also the costs were fallen so she'd not need a criminal history. Greens asks easily may fall charges the clear answer isn't any but this bright woman they happily drop costs. I am unable to afford an attorney and all need in advance cost. Today the EEOC has pressed me aside because of them attempting to hide wrongdoing by there workers and never examining my situation and exclusively happening what Kohl's had told them.
