On 3/2 I applied for a position for a Human Resource Manager for which I am more than qualified. I've 30 years of bank expertise and 10 of these decades were Inhuman Resources.in under 8 hours, I obtained a contact stating that I had been not competent. I'm worried that a lot of "choices" are now being produced by computer applications, that businesses are passing up on possibilities to employ one of the most competent people. Are these applications made to "screen-out" candidates, in the place of recognized the more qualified candidates. Are these businesses trying to handle their costs by employing less-experienced applicants? I'd prefer to understand how we're designed to assist energy the development of the economy, whenever we can't acquire significant work in functions that people are competent and over-qualified for.
