I cashed on 12/28/10 at 7:00 pm at kohlis with 6 products and used a kohls money cert for 20.00, the cashier stated it was only advantageous to 10.00 since something was ret'd your day before, to my understanding nothing was ret'd, the mgr was called over (meghan) who had been exceptionally rude in my experience, she released the add'l credit, following a challenge, as she walked away i stated thanks, she turned her hair and rudely unprofessinal went away without turning back, i stated thanks again, held walking, subsequently i had been upset as well as in a loud voice said thnk you again, no reputation... I stated fully towards the other 6/7 clients standing in-line, which was so unprofessional, many agreed with me, i wanted them fortune utilizing their kohl's cash deals, super dissatisfied... Christmas pleasure...
