I currently work with tire kingdom. I'm horrible for what i do want to tell all you. I try-hard every day to reside a life of integrity. I really like my children and that i attempt to treat others just how i do want to be addressed. I workin the shop and previously worked in income. I've been using the company for over annually today. Unfortunately, i've yet to find an honest supervisor who not continuously drive their workers to do shady focus on customers vehicles. Its not only one-car in some places. The dishonesty is everyday. Not just one shop, but every shop i've worked at. Personnel are threatened with their jobs. We cant speak to the district manager and its impossible to increase the chain of command to really get anyone to hear you without being in anxiety about your job as you are the whistleblower. Personnel are told to overlook and dismiss assessments so the salesperson or supervisor could make the sale or the numbers. The organization stays a lot of money for employees to go notice john grady correctly train us. Whenever we return to the store, then we're told to forget what paul said and your investment training because now we're in real life. I really hope 1 day someone will see a method to fight the creature (tire kingdom) and obtain outcomes. Tire kingdom is stealing from its customers and personnel. When does it quit? Please, i plead all of you to avoid tire kingdom or atleast obtain a second opinion on your automobile.
