I work on the dillards in Bowling Green Kentucky. The administration there's really unprofessional and inappropraite. Yesterday at the office I had been named in to the workplace from the shop manager and also the assistant supervisor. They proceeded to consult me about a person that I'd a couple weeks before and by there short explanation I didnt understand what or who these were referring to. So they extended to provide me further depth after which I recall a few of the discussion that I'd using the client. Me as well as the client were having a pleasant discussion after which the client claims that she performs for dillards likewise. And so I declare how will you enjoy it. She continues to inform me that she doesn't enjoy it which the revenue are difficult to create which a lot of workers are becoming fired or obtaining paycuts. She then claims she believes it isnot good. And so I declare simply the same task about our shop. I then inform the woman bye which I loved speaking with her. I believe nothing more of the problem since I did so nothing wrong. So he then informs me that I didnt state some of that which was his girlfriend and he doesnt trust me since it is his partner. He then gets angry and begins speaking negative about me and just how people like me dont create there revenue since it is our very own problem. That people not have a reason after which begins referring to others there adversely. So that they subsequently beginning working me along in the place of referring to the initial issue. Which this entire scenario was improper since it was an individual criticism of his he was shouting at me about this occurred a couple weeks before. They shouldnt have actually spoken tome down-like that simply because they don't realize that it just happened within the first place. Secondly they didnt have anyone within the space that wasnt prejudice within the scenario. Then once they bother at me they inform me to-go downstairs and obtain back again to function and behave like something is incorrect or state something to anybody. I had been previously dissapointed inside them to start with but this case pressed me within the advantage. Simply because they actually created me cry and that I to consider my lunchtime break early since I had been so annoyed. Does anybody have any suggestions about this case?
