I'm a guardian to 1 of the emplyees as of this shop, this worker is my boy who I-say and understand is just a very difficult employee along with a really sincere child. I'll not state his name-but I'll abandon you my title (I'm his mom) and (my cell phone number) for almost any return concerns and issues at the end of the mail. The supervisors title only at that store is David. Wayne employs teens to pay for them hardly any money to perform hard he employed my son once the period arrived for my boyis increase he reduced his hours of function then ultimately reduced his times from 3 times to 2 day and today one day. Til this very day my boy hasn't received his elevated but still operates oneday per week, and that's Sundays. Wayne has my boy coming to 6:00 each morning every Sunday understanding he's no method to reach function that early but I THEIR MOM ENSURES HE GETS THERE. This manger includes a trustworthiness of carrying this out to workers once they exist for while he reduces hours and times to worsen the workers enough to create them stop on thier own so the shop won't be responsible for unemployment. This supervisor (Wayne) wishes my boy to stop. It is a disgrace my son informed this supervisor in-confidence he would obtain a spot to reside for his son and boyis mom why might this supervisor play games such as this. Our boy is struggling and also to be truthful it is hard looking for employment everywhere he is attempting but why must he be doing this when he's employment currently and could shed it due to this type of reckless supervisor. Our boy isn't a quitter this isn't reasonable and that I just request and have that somebody consider this issue.
