I've worked for Victoria's Key long enough to see the supervisors don't handle all workers similarly, nor pay attention to exactly what the workers need to state, or do they worry about their workers security. On numerous events I along with other women have experienced to go out late during the night by ourselves however they need us to experience "secure". I have overheard supervisors gossiping and criticizing both clients and workers. The store-manager Monica may be the worst. Every couple hours we're designed to create a particular amount of cash but Monica treats every client as only a purchase and he or she freely claims it before clients.
