This can be a genuine tale -
I requested them to create a application for me personally and posted my current application to them as research. The web site stated they might contact me for just one-onone classes to function on my application using their authors. About 4 nights later, they contact me using their edition of the application. This so-called edition - had a reasonable quantity of format modifications - that we believed were great - and also the issue that I'd delivered them - with incorrect college/work times, typos etc.
I had been only a little annoyed but I replied stating that I want support re wording the phrases which there are certainly a few typos. For this the author emails me and claims, perhaps you have really read this application. I've made changes to it and is nothing beats your unique one - and, your expertise is what it is. We can not do something about this...
I had been mad, but I held my calm and stated several more modifications, equally grammatical and typos. I then delicately questioned whether I really could observe various other platforms and so I might select the one I love... For this the author got mad and chewed me out in his email. Stating its their company to determine whats best for me which I've selected them to complete the task and that I must stay glued to the things they tell me... I got mad and requested them to prevent focusing on my application and requested to get a reimbursement...
About 20 mts later I obtain a phone from their store - its the author, who's not at all apologetic... Showing me that I had been incorrect in requesting him for additional platforms... I told him all he'd to express was we can not do that. Thats it. Which its poor customer support... Therefore he says... I'm not below to supply you client service. I'm a professional application author and thats what I actually do... Obviously the phone call didnt move well. He called me names after which hung-up... Anyway. The toughest aspect is... I published a large notice to AMEX detailing this terrible event and requesting them to obtain Professions Plus to reimburse my funds. After 2 weeks of deliberations they dominated towards them... Because they couldnt take my e-mail transcripts as evidence... Needless to say. I dont use my amex card anymore...
