I named Santander customer US since I'd an issue with my bank acoount (to date I'd the my vehicle cost taken from my bank accout, but I'd to shut it). I desired to create a cost within the telephone and alter my banking account information. They desired to cost me $10.95 to take the cost plus they did not wish to consider my new account info, when I requested to waived the $10.95 (I Have never been overdue or had issues before) they completely declined and also the csr lifted her speech in my experience. I requested to talk to a boss also it was worse, Evelyn Davis, the boss at that time declined to renounce the charge, lifted her speech in my experience, hung-up on me and set an email in my own apply for to not move my calls to some boss or perhaps a supervisor. Like a good-paying client I earned greater therapy and atleast an apology. These folks don't have any training, no customer support expertise.

Should you get authorized an automobile loan with Santander Customer US, do not go they pull!!!
