It has been a-4 month procedure for unnecessary tension and irritating, unhelpful, rude and ineffective sears workers in the discounts division! I've been seeking for weeks to obtain my refund prepared and delivered to me, unsuccesfully! It's horrible and enraging that the business like sears, which we've been faithful clients of, ought to be my everyday emphasis. We respected sears to make sure a follow-through with this present and also have been disappointed!
