I'm an Assistant Supervisor at shop #2986. I've caused the organization for nearly 8 years and certainly appreciate my work. But about 12 months before I had been transferred towards the Peak shop where Mr. Mike Hill may be the supervisor. I'm a black woman and it has worked my way up within the organization and am really happy with my accomplkishments. Because coming to this shop, Mr. Hill is wearing many events reported and never been satisified with something that I actually do. He's created me-up many times for items that another supervisors did plus they haven't been created up whatsoever. Nowadays I had been created up to be ill as well as for not calling him particularly. At that time that I had been ill, he was on vacation in Tx and that I was certain to not disrupt him on his holiday. Many months before my vehicle smashed down about the freeway, no-fault of my very own and was stuck without any method to contact him and he wrote me-up subsequently, despite the fact that I did so contact the shop and spoke towards the supervisor in control.
I've documentatiom for several of my allegations and intend to consult a lawyer if required.
Mr. Hill doesn't have cause to become managing me in this way and that I won't proceed to permit it. I'm from Dist. 292 where Stella Napoli may be the DM and that I also intend to contact her about that issue tomorrow.
Please take my criticism and realize that anything needs to be achieved with shop supervisors who display elegance for their workers. This guy hasn't employed a dark person within our srore since I have may remember and there lots of people like me who're gifted and prepared to perform difficult and become devoted to your organization.
