I'm an emplyee of Whataburger in Fultondale Alabama, I've been operating there for around a few months today and repairing to stop there, due to how I had been Handled there.
On Thursday Jan 29, I had been operating the Grill and had enough beef to protect the purchases which were on ther purchase borad, nicely among the workers, gose from the title Ke-Ke, she got right before me and began to pay more beef than that which was about the borad.
I informed her that it had beennot essential to pay that much meat (7 bits of meat), she triggered me to drop behind and that I needed to play catch up to obtain all the purchases out over time, the Group Leader Megan stood there giggling as Ke-Ke and her pal Karen shouting and cusing at me due to their screen time was eight mins.
Then after everything was around and also the debate was dying along, Megan sstarted it-up once again, that is when Ke-Ke created a that I had been Improper.
Properly 24 hours later all three of these complined to Rich (the Gm of Device 920) about me, Rich never calle me to listen to my aspect of what happend, I had been provided the impact he think their aspect in the place of mine.
Because that happend and Megan, Karen and Ke-Ke continue to be used no additional motion hadn't been obtained by Rich to solve the problem, he understands he comes with an ongoing issue with these three individuals but still nothing continues to be completed, I've been focused and harassed by three workers, one of these is just a Group Head which hasbeen happening since I have've been used there and nothing been done to fix the situtation.
Richard hasn't offered me-any confidence that these employees might reduce there careers what-so actually, I truly doubt Richis ablity like a Common Director of this shop, any comflict that occurs, he serving nothing to solve it (no write ups) (no firing of issue employees).
Therefore anybody who says this, and it is from Al, do not visit the Whataburger in fultondale, it's a poor General Director that cannot do something, except trying out room.
