Everytime i have been to this particular Whataburger in Huntsville Tx, i have gotten the worst service possible. I went through the drive thru on Feb. 13th around 9:30, and was greeted by an unfriendly female voice. At the end of my order i said "Thank you very much" in response i got an "mmmmhm". There was only one car ahead of me but i waited about 12 mins to even pull up to the window. This is a fast food restaurant? Frankly, i dont care that much about the wait because the food was hot and tasted great. But the woman that was in the window was extremely rude... She did not greet me nor said a word to me besides giving me the total. She shoved my food at me and slammed the window shut while i was looking at her and asking for a straw. I figured that she might have put one in the bag, i got home and of course, no straw in the bag. I was not impressed with the service whatsoever. I will continue to go to this restaurant because it is the only whataburger in town, but the awful customer service has got to stop
