This is actually the worst organization I've worked for in my own lifetime. We've been through a lot of Supervisors previously 10 years. It isn't interesting. Nevertheless even today, it is unmanageable, actually for a skilled Supervisor. The CRRis are on the new pc program & they've no idea what they are doing. They might seem effective to inform you although not. They discuss your company the moment they log off the telephone along with you. Also busy using the crisis at the office & not performing their function. This is exactly why nothing gets done. CRRis are informing the Supervisor just how to operate work. Because when do we've CRRis do the hiring & shooting of workers? Last time I understood which was a's work. The Supervisor will even let you know whatever you wish to notice for that second then stab you within the back. Amerigas has enough grievances on below & Supervisoris ought to know better. Likely to time to record an issue is just a laugh.
Amerigas can rip-off clients simply because they can & no body is going to do something about this.
They choose & select their clients to whether you receive a great ppg or not.in case your a great client they'll provide you with what you would like.in case your pay forward client the ppg has gone out of the ballpark. This is the method it's & wont change.
The corporation is about who may intimidate who! Therefore, these days you've to prove who's performing the intimidation to workers & very difficult to show. It is their term against yours. I suppose if you provide a gun to function no body may wreck havoc on you. Specifically. I've stood there & viewed a lot of workers abandon the corporation it is incredible. I'm today in a much better location departing the corporation, it is best to do exactly the same.
