Over 100 people contracted samonella poisoning from Chilis Bar and Grill (owned by Brinker Intl) in the end of June in the town of Vernon Hills, Il. They stayed open and served food when they had no hot water for 3 days and no water at all for 1 day. The dish sanitizing machine had also been broken for awhile.
