Comment: I am normally not a complainer, but this evening, my husband stopped to grab my son something to eat. He ordered him a #14 bacon Angus burger and when he brought it home, my son started to take a bite but noticed something on the sandwich. A dime size MOLDY spot on top of the bun. If my son would have taken a bite of this sandwich with the mold on it, he would have immediately been at the hospital. He is HIGHLY allergic of Penicillin.

Immediately, my husband went back up to the store location and they did apologize and only offered a refund or a new sandwich.

Working in a well known food business myself, there should have been other things done. I am notifying you as a corporate office to make this right somehow before I notify the health department and provide them a picture of the MOLDY bun. If my son would have taken the bite without noticing, there could have been bigger concequenses and I do not think your establishment even thought about that by just saying "oh we are sorry, can i give you a refund or a new sandwich" A billion dollar company like yours and that is all you can do I ask!? Makes me love my job even more. Where we care about our customers!!!

My son is now afraid to even attempt to go and reorder from McDonalds. My husband did see the manager go back and remove several buns from a tray. How many others received the MOLDY buns? That is another concern.
Please make this right.
