Did not receive order, did not respond to inquiries

I placed an order with Ramebox.com on Sept 12 and it is now October 23rd with no ramen delivered. I have attempted to contact them through their online form and through a email address and have received absolutely nothing in response. This company is terrible! I'll have to try to get my money back from my credit card company.
