Tim Hortons: two places in buffalo, Crucial Feature Plaza and bill and Bailey area 2 dfferent times at 9:30am each morning don't have treats prepared for customer.
I simply wanted Tim Hortons to understand that they're falling the basketball on the item for that customers.
