They would not give us a water cup - Said it was against company policy - I complained to Subway and here was their response.
"Subway is a Franchise, (each store is individually owned) therefore it is the owners responsibility to take corrective action for each and every issue that arises at their respective store.

Very disappointed that Subway management does not require store to at least provide a cup at a nominal fee.
