After seeing your ad concerning the BLT, looked delicious, we went to Arbys for lunch. I told my husband the tomatoes would me thin as paper. I was right, paper thin and green as grass with a pink skin. I took it back to the counter and the assistant manager's reply was " we get in green tomatoes sometimes." My response, "and you charge for this?" She offered to make another. I asked if the tomatoes were ripe. She did not respond. Make sure what is served at your restaurants is as advertised or change your ad agent. It, the ad, is very misleading and deceitful. I have no intention of returning.
