I visited my local Burger King. After I ordered a whopper, I saw a sign saying that there was a tomato shortage, and they had no tomatoes available.
I found this remarkable, when the local Pizza Hut, McDonalds and cafe had tomatoes. Walmart locally had a good selection of tomatoes.
I feel as if BK is exploiting this "shortage" and cheating it's customers. The sandwich was nasty without the tomatoes, and the price didn't decrease.
