Staff need train - 9.99 family bundle

My name is James and I live in San Francisco
As I can find out it seem you have 13 Burger King in San Francisco

I have a Android apps call Shopkick and it have a offer for
Burger King Family Bundle which includes:

1 Whopper, 1 Whopper Jr., 10 pc. Chicken Tenders, 3 small Fries, 3 small Soft Drinks and 2 Pies for $9.99 it seems a great deal.
So we look up the nearest location on the phone, drive up to the location and take some time to find a parking spot. Until we get to the store, everything still seem alright, I present the offer on the phone to the casher, it seem like she don't know what to do with it, so she call someone else, there is another lady come up after a minute, and we told her about the offer, she said she need to see it, so I show her the offer again, and she said she need the coupon, I told her its on the phone and show her the ad. On the phone which I can give her my phone but showing her, and she keep saying that she need the coupon. I just can't print that out and the offer is on the phone which I use other similer offer to the other which they only check it or scan, but this lady she keep sayiong that she need the coupon and they can't scan it, and her attitude is no friendly at all, so I make a request to see the store manager and here it go, she said she is the manager, I said I am going to file a complaint, she said go ahead and no trying to solve the problems.

So here is my complaint
You suppose to be a fast food chain, and the event only took over 5 mins from the time we asked about the offer til I got really upset and left.
Your staff have no training on how to handle the new offer from the electronic device like the smart phone offer. Even the manager..
The attitude isn't right to the customer,

She don't care even she know I am going to file a complaint. So this is the info about the instant:
