I worked for chef Kurt for over a month. His whole business is bullshit. He plays on that he is a celebrity gourmet chef, and that things are really busy for him. His restaurant is pretentious, you think you are going to be served quality, fresh food, but almost everything is heated in a microwave. On top of that he is a total asshole. He pulls employees in with the lure of making good money, but really things never pick up. He has gone through over 50 servers in 5 months, all because, as he claims, they just could not hack it. Most people quit after a day of the verbal abuse. He is a pervert who drinks all day and then lashes out on his employees. The ones who have stuck it out are not legal citizens, because I cannot see why anyone would put up with it, times are tough, and the job market is ugly right now, so people put up with a lot working for small business, but I won't work for free. And chef Kurt, I hope you read this because you will be seeing me in court soon enough. He threatens to black list his employees as well. He lies about the people who quit and say that he fired them. He is opening a new winery this week, but he can't pay his employees. He is a nasty individual who tries to use his lower than b-list celeb clients and crooked connections to intimidate the under privileged working class and he should be stopped.
